Meadowood is a deed-restricted community with common areas and facilities maintained by the Meadowood Community Association's elected Board of Directors. All private owners of real estate and lots are dues paying members of the Meadowood Community Association and voting members through their respective sub-associations: Lot Owners, Lake Shore Village, Quail Run Village, and Whippoorwill Run.
